Charcuterie Boards
Charcuterie boards are not really cutting boards
So while charcuterie boards are made out of high-quality wood, the same wood that is generally used in your cutting board, charcuterie boards should not be used to cut on. This will ruin the finish and also the presentation of the food that you put on your board. You should always try to use a separate cutting board for cutting and your charcuterie board for serving.
